FREQUENCY PRESETTING
10 stations can be preset in each of the 3 classes, for a total of 30
station-presets.
CLASS 1 = 1 to lOch
CLASS2 = 1to10ch
CLASS 3= 1 to 10 ch
See Fig. 15
1. Press the POWER switch to the ON position.
NOTE:
Be sure to turn the TAPE 2 MONITOR button OFF when listening
to AM or FM broadcasts.
2. Press the TUNER button and set the FM/AM se
lector to either FM or AM.
3. Tune in the desired station.
• See the section "DIRECT ACCESS TUNING" for information
on reception using the Direct Access Tuning mode.
• See the section "MANUAL/AUTO TUNING" for information
on reception using the Manual tuning mode.
In addition to station frequencies, the MPX MODE (AUTO/
MONO) and RF ATT ON/OFF can also be preset (FM broad
cast only).
4. Press the MEMORY button.
The MEMORY Indicator will light.
The figures indicated with "CLASS" and "ch" flash.
5. Select the desired class (1-3) with the CLASS
button.
6. Select the station number to be memorized by
pressing the STATION +/- buttons or the station
call buttons of the remote control unit.
• Press the STATION CALL button while the MEMORY indica
tor is lit (about 5 seconds).
7. Repeat steps 2 to 6 to preset additional stations.
• A total of 30 AM and FM stations may be preset. When you
store a new preset, it takes the place of the previously stored
station (if any).
• If you press the CLASS button while the MEMORY indicator
is not lit, the CLASS and frequency indication values will
change.
Pressing the STATION +/- buttons at this time will memorize
the station at a station number in the chosen CLASS.
Example (See Fig. 16):
Presetting an FM 106.00 MHz station into class 2 with station
No. (CH) 1.

1. Appuyer sur l'interrupteur d'alimentation
(POWER) pour l'activer.
REMARQUE:
Ne pas oublier de mettre OFF la touche TAPE 2 MONITOR lors
de Técoute d'émissions AM ou FM.
2. Appuyer sur la touche de syntoniseur (TUNER)
et sélectionner ensuite FM ou AM à l'aide du
sélecteur FM/AM.
3. Syntoniser la station désirée.
• Voir la section "SYNTONISATION A ACCESS DIRECT" pour
les informations sur la réception à l'aide du mode de
syntonisation à accès direct.
• Voir la section "MANUAL/AUTO TUNING" pour les informations
sur la réception à l'aide du mode de syntonisation manuelle.
En plus des fréquences de stations, le MPX MODE (AUTO/
MONO) et RF ATT ON/OFF peuvent également être préréglés
(réception FM seulement).
4. Appuyer sur la touche de mémoire (MEMORY).
L'indicateur MEMORY s'allume.
Les nombres qui accompagnent "CLASS" et "ch" clignotent.
5. Sélectionner la classe voulue (1 à 3) à l'aide de la
touche de classe (CLASS).
6. Choisissez le numéro de la présélection au moyen
des touches STATION +/- ou des touches de
rappel de station de la télécommande.
• Appuyer sur la touche de rappel de station (STATION CALL)
pendant que l'indicateur MEMORY est allumé (environ 5
secondes).
7. Répéter les opérations 2 à 6 pour prérégler des
stations supplémentaires.
• Un total de 30 stations AM et FM peuvent être préréglées.
Lorsqu'une nouvelle station est programmée en mémoire,
elle prend la place de la station précédemment mémorisée
(le cas échéant).
• Si vous appuyez sur la touche CLASS alors que le témoin MEMORY
est éteint, le groupe (CLASS) et l'indication de la fréquence changent.
En appuyant alors sur les touches STATION +/-, vous mettez
en mémoire la fréquence de la station sous le numéro de la
catégorie choisie.
Exemple (Voir Fig. 16):
Programmation de la station FM 106,00 MHz dans la classe 2
avec la touche STATION No. (CH) 1.
