■ Assembly Instructions

1 Remove the original non-skid pad

from the bottoms of the legs.

Peel off the other half of protective

paper and insert the base plate into

the holes in the bottom of the leg.

CAUTION

When installing the base plate be sure to

orient the plate correctly toward front and

back.

4 Affix the furnished non-skid pads

to the bottom of the base plate as

shown.

Peel off one half of the protective

paper from one of the packings,

and affix the packing to the bottom

of the leg.
